1. About M-Tech Printers

We are a small, privately owned organisation based in the UK. Our sole activity is to provide specialist consultancy services and to distribute a wide range of miniprinter and associated products.
  2. What information do we collect?

We only collect basic 'core' business data to enable us to contact our prospects, customers and suppliers. This information would typically consist of a contact name, company, position, address, telephone, email and website addresses. We may also retain notes about projects or applications that are relevant to our products and services.
We do not retain any credit card details when payments are made by telephone. Instead, the sensitive data provided is entered directly into the credit card company's portal (currently PayPal) and not stored or processed in any other way by employees or representatives of M-Tech Printers Limited.
  3. How is the information collected?

We might gather this data from a number of sources:
    1. Direct - from telephone conversations, meetings, emails, etc that are a result of an enquiry about our products or services.
    2. Marketing activities - such as visiting trade shows, seminars, exhibitions or from Business Directories or Internet research.
    3. Sales Leads - referrals from our primary suppliers or existing customers and prospects.
  4. How is the information used?

We use the information gathered to process orders, manage accounts and to keep in touch to discuss further orders and any new or additional products or services.
We may pass on information to our suppliers where this is necessary to offer the required level of service. For example, for direct delivery, stock forecasting or for the development of bespoke or customised products.
In order to process orders, it might be necessary to send details to, or receive information from credit reference and fraud protection agencies.
M-Tech Printers will not share data for marketing purposes with any other parties.
